High School Programs - Grades 9-12
High School Programs
Our High School program focuses on combining repeated athletic movement and skill within the framework of the demands of any sport. Advanced speed, agility and strength are integrated in to challenge the athlete and elicit neuromuscular development. We feature custom programs tailored to your athlete's sport and needs to drive results.

- IN-SEASON STRENGTH TRAINING
- Speed & Agility Not Included
- Available Sessions: (Allow 60 Minutes Per Session)
- Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
- Package Option:
- (1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
- Package Price: $109.00 + tax

- ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our Middle School program focuses on maintaining and progressing athletic movement, while fine tuning and ingraining fundamental skills. The core components include strength, speed, and power training that reinforce proper movement patterns and increase force production and explosiveness.
