In-Season Training: Grades 6-12
Our in-season training sessions are designed for athletes to maintain strength and reduce injury risk while in their sport's season. It is not uncommon to lose weight, grow fatigued, lose muscle, lose strength, and lose power. Don't allow all your gains to disappear every time you're in-season.
Option includes Strength Training ONLY (Avoiding Athlete Over Use)
Package Option:
- (1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
- Package Price: $109.00 + tax
Combined Grades 6-12 Training Sessions: (Allow 60 Minutes Per Session)
- Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
All athletes are required to complete an Individual Assessment prior to beginning.
