Once Per Week, Twice Per Week, & Unlimited Training Options


Our once-per-week Sports Performance Training is designed for athletes to maintain strength and reduce injury risk while in their sport's season. It is not uncommon to lose weight, grow fatigued, lose muscle, lose strength, and lose power.  Don't allow all your gains to disappear every time you're in-season.

Option includes Strength Training ONLY (Avoiding Athlete Over Use)

Membership Option:

  • (1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $100.00 + tax
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks

Our twice-per-week and unlimited Sports Performance Training helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. This will focus on full body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.

Options Include Strength, Speed & Agility Training

Membership Options:

  • (2) Sessions/Week for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $180.00 + tax
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks
  • Unlimited Sessions/Week* for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $260.00 + tax
    • *Max. Registration of (4) Sessions/Week
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks
