Stronger Leaner - Sessions beginning September 14th through November 16th!
Are you ready for a new mindset and refreshing approach on getting Stronger Leaner?
This weekly group training session will be led by Tammy Bixler and held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm in the training room. This is a 10-week course, rooted in fundamental exercises coupled with a progressive overload program. We are working on shifting from temporary training goals to a more sustainable lifestyle approach. Group training provides community, accountability, motivation, and a fun environment!
Stronger Leaner is open to all fitness levels! All participants will receive:
- Initial assessment
- Training and nutrition packet
- Continual interaction & input from the trainer throughout the program!
