Middle School Programs - Grades 6-8
Our Middle School program focuses on maintaining and progressing athletic movement, while fine tuning and ingraining fundamental skills. The core components include strength, speed, and power training that reinforce proper movement patterns and increase force production and explosiveness.

Self-Scheduled Training Packages are priced based on the following:
- IN-SEASON STRENGTH TRAINING
- Speed & Agility Not Included
- Available Sessions: (Allow 60 Minutes Per Session)
- Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
- Package Option:

- ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
- Strength, Speed & Agility Included
