High School Programs

Our High School program focuses on combining repeated athletic movement and skill within the framework of the demands of any sport. Advanced speed, agility and strength are integrated in to challenge the athlete and elicit neuromuscular development. We feature custom programs tailored to your athlete's sport and needs to drive results.

Self-Scheduled Training Packages are priced based on the following:

  • IN-SEASON STRENGTH TRAINING
    • Speed & Agility Not Included
    • Available Sessions: (Allow 60 Minutes Per Session)
      • Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM
      • Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
    • Package Option:
      • (1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
        • Package Price: $109.00 + tax
  • ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
    • Strength, Speed & Agility Included
    • Available Sessions: (Allow 60-75 Minutes Per Session)
      • Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 4:30PM
      • Monday - Friday 4:30PM - 6:00PM
      • Package Options:
        • (2) Sessions/Week for (4) Weeks
          • Package Price: $189.00 + tax
        • Unlimited Sessions/Week* for (4) Weeks
          • Package Price: $269.00 + tax
          • *Max. Registration of (4) Sessions/Week
