Athletic Performance Training: Grades 6-12
Athletic Performance Training is an approach to training that helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. This will focus on ful body strength, power, speed, and agility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.

Grades 9-12 Training Sessions: (Allow 60-75 Minutes Per Session)
- Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday 4:30PM - 6:00PM
Grades 6-8 Training Sessions: (Allow 60 Minutes Per Session)
- Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
All athletes are required to complete an Individual Assessment prior to beginning.
