Athletic Performance Training: Grades 6-12
Our Sports Performance Training helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. This will focus on full body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.
