T.A.G. "The Athletic Grind"
T.A.G. Sport Performance Program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential through a dynamic training program. Training focuses on developing key components within the athlete that will increase dynamic speed, agility, improve flexibility and develop explosive movements. Since athletes must constantly change directions relative to the ball, it is essential that all components must be balanced and dynamic.T.A.G. offers a variety of programs and packages that are developed specifically with the needs of the athlete first.

foundation program (ages 9-11)
This program focuses on proper primary movement, athletic agility, balance and core stability. These are highly important in establishing an athletic base for peak performance, injury prevention and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. Schedule is flexible. All sessions will be conducted in a group setting.
building block program (ages 12-14)
This program focuses on maintaining and progressing athletic movement, while fine tuning and ingraining proper fundamental skills of agility, speed and power. The core components include strength, speed and power training that reinforce proper movement patterns and increase force production and explosiveness. We recommend training (2) sessions/week in-season and (3-4) sessions/week during the off-season. Schedule is flexible. All sessions will be conducted in a group setting.
finishing program (ages 15-18)
This program focuses on combining repeated athletic movement and skill within the framework of the demands of the sport. Advanced speed and agility exercises are introduced to challenge the athlete and elicit neuromuscular development. We recommend (2) sessions/week in-season and (3-4) sessions/week during the off-season. Schedule is flexible. All sessions will be conducted in a group setting. * Optional - Body Composition Testing (BCT)
