      <title>October Pound for Pound Challenge Results</title>

        <![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: #ff0000"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Arial"><img style="width: 212px; height: 97px" border="2" alt="" align="middle" width="296" height="192" src="http://www.towncountrysports.com/imgs/Miscellenous/PoundChallenge/9_20_11 FreeStore Food Bank_rev.bmp" /></span></span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: #ff0000"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Arial">Town &amp; Country&rsquo;s Pound for Pound Results!&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></strong></span><br />&nbsp;</p><div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="line-height: 115%"><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black">In the month of October 2011, we encouraged members to participate in our Pound for Pound Challenge.&nbsp; It was a FREE program in which Town &amp; Country&nbsp;promised to&nbsp;donate one pound of food&nbsp;to the Greater Cincinnati Freestore Foodbank for every pound&nbsp;our participants lost within that month.&nbsp; We had a great turnout with 58 participants losing weight.&nbsp; Our total weight loss for the month was about 255 pounds!&nbsp; Therefore Town &amp; Country donated 255 pounds of food to the Freestore Foodbank this month.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black">Special congratulations to our&nbsp;winner,&nbsp;Sarah Spriggs, who lost 20 lbs.&nbsp; She won free entry&nbsp;into our Winter Biggest Loser Competition (which is&nbsp;a $90 value).&nbsp;&nbsp;Second&nbsp;place&nbsp;goes to&nbsp;Greg Allen who lost&nbsp;14 lbs and 3rd place goes to Pattie Bruiport who lost 9 lbs.&nbsp; Great work!</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black">Congratulations to all our participants and thanks for helping us to make a difference!</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black">Questions?       <title>Town &amp; Country Member Congratulations!</title>

height: 215px" border="2" alt="" align="right" width="612" height="816" src="http://www.towncountrysports.com/imgs/AQ_rev.jpg" />Anita Quelle has a new life after beginning her weight loss journey in April 2010!&nbsp; She has lost over 40 pounds and 9.4% body fat.&nbsp; She has stopped smoking and has been very dedicated to her diet and exercise routine.&nbsp; She has had a constant presence at Town &amp; Country and has really pushed herself to get involved.&nbsp;Anita reflects on her journey, &ldquo;When people tell me I have will-power, I tell&nbsp;them, it&rsquo;s not about&nbsp;will-power, it&rsquo;s discipline, and this is something my Trainers and the members of Town &amp; Country have taught me.&nbsp; They make it so easy.&nbsp; You&nbsp;never feel like you&rsquo;re working out by yourself.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s the same familiar faces and group each time.&nbsp; We have fun.&nbsp; You even notice when they&rsquo;re not there and they notice when you&rsquo;re not.&nbsp;These are the people who inspire me, that keep me coming back.&nbsp; At age 54, I never would of thought that I would compete in Group Competitions or run in the Labor of Love or the Flying Pig 10K, but my Trainers did, and what a rush and feel of accomplishment it was.&nbsp; Country Healthy Lifestyle Competitions and began training with personal trainer, Annie Schmolt.&nbsp;She was also introduced to several other Town &amp; Country members and began training with them regularly.&nbsp;They motivated and pushed her through the ups and downs of training and helped her with her phenomenal weight loss.</span></span></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial">Running was also another goal Tara always wanted to accomplish.&nbsp;She started small with several 5K&rsquo;s in the area, and then she set her sights on the Flying Pig Half Marathon in 2010.&nbsp;After several grueling months of training, she proudly finished it strong, running it in 2 hours and 36 minutes.&nbsp;And she is not stopping there.&nbsp;She plans on training for more half marathons in the future!</span></span></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Arial">Tara has come such a long way and accomplished so much over the past 2 years, completely changing her lifestyle habits.&nbsp;On January 7, 2011 Tara had lost an amazing 100+ pounds and was able to show off the &ldquo;new/healthier&rdquo; Tara at her own wedding!&nbsp;What an incredible accomplishment!&nbsp;Annie Schmolt has been so impressed and is one of Tara&rsquo;s biggest fans.&nbsp;&ldquo;Tara is as committed to her health as they come.&nbsp;She has always followed my advice and put 110% into every aspect of her health, including her workouts and nutrition, without hesitation.&nbsp;Weight loss is not easy and takes a lot of physical work and more importantly, a strong mental commitment.&nbsp;I have seen Tara come such a long way and witnessing her achieve a huge accomplishment of losing over 100 pounds makes me so proud of her.&nbsp;I have no doubt that 2011 is her year.&nbsp;Not only will she begin her life as a happily married newlywed, I know she will achieve her ultimate weight loss goal this year.&rdquo;</span></span></span></div><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: 14px"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Arial"><b>Congratulations to <span style="color: #ff0000">Annie Schmolt and her &quot;Workout Buddies&quot;</span></b></span></span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: 12px"><b><i><img border="1" alt="" align="right" width="200" height="150" src="http://www.towncountrysports.com/imgs/Annie%20and%20her%20Group_%20web.jpg" />Submitted by the &ldquo;Workout Buddies&rdquo;&hellip; </i></b></span><span style="font-size: 12px">For the past few years the Workout Buddies (WOB&rsquo;s), have had the opportunity to work with Personal Trainer, Annie Schmolt.&nbsp;She has pushed, encouraged and challenged us to reach beyond the limits we set for ourselves.&nbsp;Reaching and surpassing these limits could only have been successful with the help of not only our trainer, but also our friend, Annie.&nbsp;Through her knowledge and expertise she knew what each of us could accomplish even if we had doubts.
