She has lost over 40 pounds and 9.4% body fat. She has stopped smoking and has been very dedicated to her diet and exercise routine. She has had a constant presence at Town & Country and has really pushed herself to get involved. Anita reflects on her journey, “When people tell me I have will-power, I tell them, it’s not about will-power, it’s discipline, and this is something my Trainers and the members of Town & Country have taught me. They make it so easy. You never feel like you’re working out by yourself. It’s the same familiar faces and group each time. We have fun. You even notice when they’re not there and they notice when you’re not. These are the people who inspire me, that keep me coming back. At age 54, I never would of thought that I would compete in Group Competitions or run in the Labor of Love or the Flying Pig 10K, but my Trainers did, and what a rush and feel of accomplishment it was. I find myself setting little goals to meet, and with the help of my Trainers, I have and will exceed them.”

“Anita is a true inspiration to me.
