Stronger Leaner group training is coming September 14th!
This weekly group training session will be led by Tammy Bixler and held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm in the training room. First session is 9/14 and will go through 11/16. This is a 10 week course, rooted in fundamental exercises coupled with a progressive overload program. We are working on shifting from temporary training goals to a more sustainable lifestyle approach.
Stronger Leaner is open to all fitness levels. All participants will receive:
- initial assessment
- training and nutrition packet
- continual interaction and input from the trainer throughout the program!
Group training provides community, accountability, motivation, and a fun environment!
