High-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) is meant to test the body’s limits through longer intervals of “all-out” exercise with shorter recovery periods, pushing the body to burn more calories and get the sweat pouring! 

Once you’ve given it your all for 45-minutes, join your group down at the T&C Sports Lounge for a complimentary beer!

Cost: $10 per class (beer included after class)
Time: Fridays at 5:45pm starting March 15th
