Group Training Competitions

 

 

 

 Each group competition focuses on a different aspect of fitness:

  • The Winter “Biggest Loser/Lose to Win” focuses on weight loss. 
  • The Spring “Amazing Race” works on increasing cardiovascular endurance. 
  • The Summer “Biggest Loser/Lose to Win Summer Games” concentrates on increasing an individual’s mobility. 
  • The Fall “Pump Off” strives to build individual strength and cardiovascular endurance.

 

The overall goal of these Group Competitions are to help participants learn how to improve their overall fitness, have fun, and experience the joy and excitement that comes with being part of a team.  Individuals who participate in these competitions range from experienced exercisers to those who have never participated in a regular fitness routine.  The team atmosphere allows individuals to share both the highs and lows that occur in a fitness routine and to experience the benefits of competing with others.
