
At Town & Country, there are 3 group exercise studios and 50 group exercise classes offered weekly, which are FREE to members. These classes range from step aerobics, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, to spinning. There are also water-based Group Classes, such as aqua aerobics and warm water aqua classes, which take place in Town & Country’s Indoor Pools.
There are many benefits to working out in Group Classes. It allows people to workout in a group/team atmosphere; receive motivation from the instructor/friends; and most importantly to have fun while breaking a sweat!
